Sony A6600 Body Only merupakan kamera mirrorless format APS-C yang ramping namun berfitur lengkap yang cocok untuk stills dan video. Dengan menggunakan 24.2MP CMOS sensor yang telah direvisi, a6600 mampu menghasilkan foto resolusi tinggi dan hingga video UHD 4K tanpa batas waktu perekaman, pemrosesan yang lebih efisien, dan pemfokusan yang lebih cepat. Sistem 4D FOCUS, yang mencakup 84% dari bingkai gambar, menggunakan 425 phase-detection point bersama dengan 425 contrast-detection areas untuk kinerja yang sangat cepat dan intuitif bersama dengan Real-time Eye AF untuk foto dan video.
